g555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A violation of these Terms is detected or suspected;
• Fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or payment fraud is detected;
• The account is found to be held by a person under 18 years of age;
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion arrangement;
• Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate account closure;
• The account has been inactive for a prolonged period as defined in g555's internal policies.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after deducting any applicable fees and confirming identity verification.
